HALF SERVICE
A type of service by which the product formula or packaging or both, are provided by the Customer. Byonice guarantees the control of the formula, the procurement of raw materials, the verification of conformity and, after, the production, packaging and labelling of the finished products.
BULK PRODUCTION
A service dedicated exclusively to production, which requires packaging to be performed by the customer. Byonice guarantees, in this case, the conformity and the certifications related to the product, raw materials and production from the verified and accepted sample delivered in a suitable bulk.
TIMELINE PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
Product design
Development of the customer’s cosmetic project through a dedicated face-to-face meeting to understand the initial Customer idea and needs and other aspects such as: quality of the products, sales objectives, the reference market, selection of primary and secondary packaging (if required); essential elements for the realization of successful third-party cosmetic products. According to the budget and to the determination of the maximum target costing, an estimate will be sent to the Customer whenever requested.
Formula and label development
At this stage, the laboratory will start to work on the project by developing the formula or formulas of a product line that complies with what was established during the analysis, translating the inputs of the strategic meeting into a sample of finished product suitable for testing on the skin or hair. The Customer can test the sample and verify its quality and compliance with what was established during the meeting, modify its organoleptic, chemical-physical, pleasing and fragrance characteristics until reaching the desired properties. Once approved by the Customer, we will proceed to the subscription of the order and the compilation of the Label (INCI name).
PIF (Product Information File) and Security Assessment
Product Safety Documentation Cosmetics, PIF: Safety Assessment, Information Documentation, Safety Report according to Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 that will be drawn up and held at our offices available to the competent authorities.
Notification to the CPNP
Assistance for notification to the European portal CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal), mandatory according to Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 for each cosmetic product and must be carried out before placing on the Community market. . The electronic notification is divided into a series of information regarding the product, including the complete formula (qualitative-quantitative range), the label and the presence of nanomaterials or CMR substances.
Realization of the Finished Product
Production and packaging of the product or product lines, in accordance with ISO EN 22716:2008 certification an international standard of good manufacturing practices (GMP) for the cosmetics manufacturing industry describing the basic principles of the application of GMP in a plant producing finished cosmetic products. A set of rules and procedures that our company must follow to ensure that its manufactured products are of adequate quality.
